Ingredients : ( for step 1)
Onion - 1 large chops into cubes
Tomato - 1 large chops into cubes
Ginger - 1 inch chopped
Garlic - 2 chopped
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Cloves - 2 no's
Oil - 3 tbsp
Ingredients : ( for step 2)
Carrot - 1 medium size ( chop into small cubes of 1 to 1.5 cm side)
Beans - 5 no's ( follow the size of carrot)
Capsicum - 1 large ( follow the size of carrots)
Make sure ...all the veggies are of uniform size
Coriander - chopped 2 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Dhaniya powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
Kasuri methi - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Butter - 1 tbsp
Preparation :
Let's start with step 1 ......heat oil in a pan.....add cinnamon, cloves....saute well....add ginger garlic ....sure to golden brown.....then onion....saute till transparent..... Then tomato to smach well cooked.....then....set aside to cool the grind in mixer for smooth paste..... Keep aside......
Now comes step 2......cook carrot and beans in cooker with 1 tumbler amount of water.... For 2 vissels.....than open add capsicum.....then add chilli powder, dhaniya powder, turmeric powder...... To it.......let it boil.....when the water amount reduces to half ......reduce flame.
Now add the gravy prepared...... And again let it boil to thick gravy consistency....... Remove off flame.......
Heat a pan with oil......add kasure methi......add this gravy to it saute for a while......and jus transfer to serve.......drop a butter in the middle and garnish with coriander.....
