Chicken chukka fry



Ingredients :

Chicken - 250 gms ( wash only once)
Onion - 2 no's ( fine slice)
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Saunf - 1 tbsp ( crushed partially )
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp 
Dhaniya powder - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste 
Oil - 4 tbsp
 ( sesame oil preferred for gud taste )

Preparation :

Boil chicken in immersible amount of water ( don't add more water )....add salt and turmeric powder to it....cook for 7 minutes.....the chicken will get spongy soft......

Now add chilli powder,dhaniya powder and ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp and salt... to this and boil for 5 minutes... the water will reduce to nearly less than half of the early amount.... remove from flame and keep aside.

Now heat a kadai.....and add oil...add saunf to it...let them splitter....then add onions to it.....add salt limited to this....(keep in mind we have added salt required amount for chicken )....cook till transparent...then add remaining ginger garlic paste and saute to smell the flavour......then add the chicken cooked with the water.....leave in slow flame....keep stirring now and then....

The water will totally reduce and the chicken will turn exactly like in the picture.....add coriander leaves and serve hot....
