Dry fruits oats energy laddu's




Ingredients :

Oats - 1 cup
Dates (de-seed) - 1 cup
Badam - 1 cup
Cashew - 1 cup
Walnut - 1 cup
Peanut butter - 2 tbsp ( heaped )
Honey - 1/2 cup

Preparation :

Badam,cashew,walnut to be made coarse powder in food processor then  transfer to a large bowl....

Then add oats and finely chopped dates to this and mix well....mix such that ....dates gets mashed well.

Now add peanut butter and honey.....now mix well altogether....

Wash your hands....and wipe of well....then grease hands with ghee and take approximately a small lemon size ball and make laddoo of it....roll well in hands....

The above measurement's will yield around 10 laddu's .....it stays good for around 5 days......

Can be a healthy snack for kiddos to school....

This gives good energy the moment you consume it...

Very healthy...tasty.....yummy.....for sure your kids will empty this....

Note :

I used ripe seeded dates....I de-seed them
..Ripe dates are sticky......so they will get mashed by hands.....
Peanut butter - honey roast crunchy gives better taste
