Ingredients :

Kavuni arisi - 1 cup
Jaggery - 1/2 cup
Grated coconut - 1/4 cup
Cardamon powder - 1 pinch

Preperation :

Wash and Soak kavuni arisi overnight ,with immersable amount of water.

Add 1/2 cup water to the soaked kavuni arisi and pressure cook.

Cook it for 15 minutes in slow flame in pressure cooker.

Once the pressure comes down , to this add jaggery , grated coconut and cardamon powder.

Cook in slow flame stir it now and then.
Wait for the reduce and the recipe will get thicken.

Once it's thickens serve it.

It's a wonderful dessert packed with amazing health benefits.

Kids will luv it for sure.
