Jigarthanda ( Madurai special )




Ingredients :

Badam pisin - 4 or 5
(soak overnight and chill)
Sabja seeds - 2 tbsp
( soak in water for 20 minutes and chill )
Nanari Sarbath - 6 tbsp
Reduced milk - 1/2 cup
( refer note  for preparation. )
Butterscotch icecream - 1 scoop
A high glass ( must )

Preparation :

In the high glass first fill 1/4th of it with badam pisin.
The next 1/4 th with sabja seeds.
The next 1/4 th with nanari sarbath.
The next 1/4 th with reduced milk.
Now top the glass with icecream scoop.
Serve chilli with a spoon .

Note : 
Procedure For reduced milk

( given 2 procedure )

Procedure 1 :
Boil 1 cup milk + 1/2 cup sugar.
Let it boil in slow flame.
When it reduce to 1/2 of the actual quantity.
Remove off flame and chill it before you add to the Recipe.
Chilling is must to avoid the icecream melt.

Procedure 2 : ( simple procedure. )
Mix 1/4 of condensed milk with 1/4 of chill milk and add to the Recipe.
Mix well and add.
