Ingredients :
Onion - 3 medium size( finely chopped )
Tomato - 2 ( finely chopped )
Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp
Prawns - 1/2 kg
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Dhaniya powder - 3/4 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp + as required
Water - 1/4 + 1/4 cup
Oil - 3 tbsp + 3 tbsp
Curry leaves - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup

Preparation :
Heat a pan with 3 tbsp oil.
To this add onion , saute to cook well.
Then add tomato and ginger garlic paste.
Now saute well .
To this add curry leaves.
Now bring in turmeric powder. Chilli powder and dhaniya powder .
Then add water 1/4 cup.
Mix well and with for oil to separate .
Leave in low flame stir now and then to avoid it getting burnt.
Once oil seperates add garam masala and 1/4 cup water.
Again oil seperates.
Turn off flame and keep the gravy aside.

Now in another pan add oil 3 tbsp.
To hot oil add prawns and saute to cook.
Once colour turns to pink and the prepared gravy .
Mix well
Prawns will release water.
Mix well now and then on slow flame.
The final stage of oil separation is when the recipe is done.
