Milk cake sweet





Ingredients :

Milk - 2.5 ltrs
Sugar - 1 cup
Lemon - 1 ( extract juice )

Preparation :

To a thick bottom vessel bring in the milk.
Let it boil , now drop a ladle in the vessel and leave in slow flame for about 2 hours( or even more )
Keep stiring now and then.
Once the milk reduces to 1/4 of its volume .
Add lemon juice , you can see the milk curdle.
Keel stirring.
To this add sugar.
The sugar will melt add eventually the volume will increase .
Maintain low flame and wait for it to gather.
When it gathers, it will roll up.
At this stage , transfer to a greased plate .
Let it completely cool down ( can refrigerate 6-7 hours ).
Now cut with a greased knife to desired shape.
Store in fridge for almost a week.
Good to store in fridge since milk is the base ingredient.
Kids favourite for ever.
