Groundnut ladoo




Ingredients :

Groundnut ( roasted ) - 1 cup
Jaggery ( powdered ) - 1/2 cup

Preparation :

Clean the roasted groundnut and remove the skin.
Grind them to powder .
Now add the jaggery powder to it .
Grind well to blend.
Empty the powdered ingredient to a large bowl.
Mix well with hands such that they combine well .
You won't need ghee for this to bind them.
As groundnut has enough oil and jaggery is an excellent blending agent jus mix them with hands.
Now once you find them gather up.
Make small ladoo.
Store in air tight container for 1 week.
Kids favorite always.
