Simple Veg Rice





Ingredients :

Carrot - 1cup ( fine chops )
Beans - 1cup ( fine chops )
Onion - 1 large ( fine chops)
Green chilli - 1 medium
( fine chops - remove seeds )
Pudhina - 7 to 8 leaves ( fine chops )
Ginger garlic - 1/2 spoon ( both grated )
Oil - 4 - 5  tbsp
Cooked rice - 2 cups ( cooled )
Pepper jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Sugar - 1 pinch.

Preparation :

Heat a pan.
Add oil and to the oil add grated Ginger garlic.
Once you smell the aroma add onion and green chilli.
Saute this and while the onion turns transparent add the chopped veggies.
Cover and wait for the veggies to cook soft .
Now add salt , sugar , pepper jeera powder and chaat masala.
Mix well and add this to the cooked and cooled rice.
See to there are no rice lumps .
Mix well and again let it cool down.
Now pack this healthy lunch for your little munchkin.
All time favorite for kids for sure.
