Papaya Jam

Ingredients :
Papaya - 1 ( 400 gms )
Tomato - 1( medium sized )
Sugar - 300 gms
Lemon - half ( deseeded )
Preparation :
Peal papaya , deseed and cut to cubes .
Cut tomato to cubes.

Now grind both to smooth paste in food processor.

To a thick bottom vessel add sugar and water.
Once dissolved add the papaya and tomato puree .
Mix well and let it cook in low flame.
Keep stirring now and then , it will thicken by then remove off the flame .
Let it cool down completely then transfer to a air tight container and fridge it.
Stays good for 15 - 20 days.
Healthy home made jam for kids lunch box.
