Mackerel / Ayala Fish Fry



Ingredients :

Chilli powder -  2 tbsp
Turmeric 1 pinch
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Chaat masala - 1/2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Lemon extract - 3 tbsp
Salt required
Oil - 3 tbsp for marination + 1 cup to fry

 Preparation :

Mix all the dry ingredients and keep it aside. 
To this dry ingredients add ginger garlic paste and lemon juice. 

Heat oil once it's hot add this to the dry ingredients and mix well. 
Marinate the washed and cleaned mackerel / Ayala fish with the prepared marination.
Leave it aside for 1 hour . 
Now you can deep fry or tawa fry . 

Note : don't fridge the marinated fish.
