White Channa healthy salad


Simple n easy recipe. 

3 cup cooked Channa
1/4 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup grated raw mango
1 tbsp chaat masala
1 tbsp garam masala 
2 tbsp lime juice 
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup  finely chopped tomato
Salt to taste. 

Mix the above ingredient and serve. 
This is for 4 serving. 
Can adjust the measurements for one serving by taking 1/4 th of all the above Ingredients. 

Note :
1. if channa was cooked with salt kindly keep that in mind and adjust salt while adding . 

2 . Chaat masala and garam masala can be replaced with chilli powder , pepper powder and jeera powder.
