Breakfast Bowl - No cook meal

This breakfast bowl is actually a lazy day recipe to me and also a healthy and filling breakfast option. Especially no cooking,  soak and eat. 



Ingredients:
Red rice flakes - 1/2 cup 
Milk - 1 cup
Jaggery/ palm sugar - 3 tbsp
Chia seeds - 1 tbsp
Seeds of your choice 
Curd ( fresh ) - 1 tbsp

Preperation:
A perfect no cook meal. 
Wash in water drain water and soak red rice flakes 1/2 cup in milk with 1 tsp chia seeds. 
Add jaggery or palm sugar while they soak give it a good mix and let it soak. 
Leave it for an hour and top with fruits, nuts of your choice. 
Top with curd , mix.
Tadaaaa....
Most healthy, Filling and yummy breakfast bowl 🥣 is all ready to njy... 
Perfect for people on diet and on weightloss.

Note : 
Better to storeca box of seeds,  equal quantity mixed and stored .
I usually prefer watermelon seeds, pumpkin seeds , cucumber seeds, pistachios ( flakes or chopped )
Badam ( flakes or chopped )
Raisins , black raisins,  frozen berries , chopped fig , chopped dates. Not a must that all the above mentioned dry fruits and seeds should be a must based on your like of flavor these can be personalized  as preferred. 
Also jaggery/ palm sugar can be replaced with honey.
