Ingredients :
Maida or all purpose flour - 3 tbsp
Sugar powder - 3 tbsp
Condensed milk - 1 tbsp
Milk - 3 tbsp
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Choco powder - 3/4 tbsp
Chocolate strands - 1/2 tsp
Preparation :
This is jus a simple cake....all you need is a coffee mug.....iv used a perfect cup from my saucer...so I used half of the above ingredients........but for the above Ingredients you'll for sure need a large coffee mug.
So add in choco powder, maida,sugar powder....mix well.....
Now add wet ingredients...... Condensed milk & milk...mix well with out lumps.......
Then switch on oven....NO PREHEATING
Jus place mug.....close.... And cook for exactly 1 minute....open and check ...if not cooked can leave for another 50 seconds.....cooking timeay differ due to consistency..... BuT not more then 2 minutes...... break and check after 1 minute.....do follow instructions.... For perfect mug cake
Remove from oven...sprinkle chocolate strands..... And serve......plain or top with vanilla icecream......if no icecream....sprinkle sugar powder.....
Its perfect a for a taste.....
