Dates Banana Milkshake
Dates - 4 ( finely chopped )
Banana - 1 ( chopped )
Honey - 4 tbsp
Milk - 2 glass
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Preparation :
Mix chopped dates and banana in honey , let it rest in fridge overnight.
Grind the soaked dates and banana to smooth paste.
Add 1/4 glass of milk and grind it again.
Now empty the jar and mix it with the remaining milk.
Serve chill or at room temperature for kids.
This is loaded with healthy ingredients dates , banana, honey and milk.

Sugar can be replaced with palm sugar for a healthier version.
