Refreshing Ginger Pudhina Tea


Serves : 2 people



1cup = 200 ml

Ingredients :

Pudhina - 10 leaves
Thulsi - 5 leaves
Tea powder - 2 1/2 tsp
Ginger ( paste or smash ) - 1 inch
Sugar - 3 tbsp (or) palm jaggery - 3 tbsp
Milk - 1 1/2 cup
Water - 1/2 cup

Preparation :



In a vessel add water and bring it to boil.

Once it boils add ginger , pudhina , thulsi and boil for a minute.

Now add the tea powder.

Boil for another minute.

Then add milk ( hot milk preferred for better taste ).

Boil it twice and filter it in a vessel if sugar.

Mix well .

Enjoy refreshment.
