Strawberry jam




Ingredients :

Strawberry - 500 gms
Sugar - 120 gms ( 1/2 cup )
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp

Preparation :

Wash , remove the head portion and Chop the Strawberry's to small cubes.
To a thick sauce pan add the Strawberry's and sugar .
Let it boil and once sugar melts , add the lime juice .
Now reduce the flame and let it boil.
Keep stirring now and then.
At a point it will thicken.
Watch vedio for consistency 



At this stage remove off flame and let it cool down.
Store in any clean dry air tight container or glass jar ( in fridge ).
It stays good for almost a month.
No added preservatives.
Absolutely healthy for kids.
Tastes yummy.
Kids favourite always.
