A Simple Delicious Dessert 😋
Can be prepared in less than 15 mins



Ingredients : ( 4 servings )

Bread - 8 slice ( remove the edges and cut it along the diagonal )
Ghee - 1 cup ( to fry the bread slices )
Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Water - 1 cup
Cashew & almond - 3 each ( chopped finely)

Preparation :

For sugar syrup -

Add sugar and water to a bowl .
Let the sugar syrup boil.
Once the sugar syrup starts to boil turn it off in 3 mins.

For thick sweetened Milk -

Add hot milk ( lukewarm ) to condensed milk ( no need to heat ) jus mix it and keep it aside for later use .

For bread preparation -

Once pan is hot add ghee and put the ghee pan in medium flame .
Fry the bread slices in ghee to brown and squeeze out excess ghee by pressing it in-between two ladles or how ever you can do it as you wish.
Fry one slice at a time.
( Always use a small & deep pan to fry )

Now rest the fried slice on a tissue paper.

Drop these slice in sugar syrup for 1/2 a minute both sides and remove off the syrup and rest it on a serving plate.

Now once you finish frying and soaking.

Arrange all the slice on the plate.

Now drizzle (very generously ) the thick sweetened milk over the fried sweetened bread slice and sprinkle those chopped almonds & cashews.

Chill and serve....Even if not chilled its amazingly delicious .

Perfect for any simple party at home or evening snack.
