Ingredients
Dhaniya seeds - 1 cup
Thur dal - 1/2 cup
Bengal gram dal - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1/2 cup
Pepper - 1/4 cup
Fenugreek - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Moong dal - 1 tsp
Red chilli long - 15
Curry leaves - 1 cup
(sun shade dry the leave until they come to crushing state or wash leaves pat dry in towel and let all water drain......then saute in dry hot pan still your able to crush in hand)
Now saute all in hot pan. .. let them cool down and grind in mixer.
Make fine powder .
This will be a ultimate taste maker for any type of rasam.
