Coconut milk green peas pulao..... Very healthy for kiddos......






Ingredients:
Briyani rice - 1 tumbler
 (I prefer seeraga samba)
Coconut milk - 3 tumbler
Green peas - 1 cup
Onion - 1 no's fine sliced
Green chilli - 2 no's split into two and seeds removed
Bay leaf - 1 no's
Cardamom - 1 no's ( don't open it)
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Cloves- 2 no's
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Coriander - 1 cup chops
Pudhina - 1 cup chops
Ghee - 4 tbsp
Oil -1 tbsp
Salt to taste


Preparation:

Take a cooker......heat it....add ghee.....wait till ghee melts.....add spices one by one and saute well.

Now add onion,green chilli,ginger garlic paste,coriander,pudhina and green peas....saute well till they get cooked.

Wash rice now......rice should not get soaked long in water.Meanwhile coconut milk boils.....that time is enough for rice to get soaked.

Now time for coconut milk to add.Let it boil ...now add rice and stir well.Add salt mix well.Add oil ( this is to avoid rice get merged).

Now cover cooker and let for 3 vissle in high flame ,then reduce flame and leave for  5 minutes .Wait till the pressure comes down open and check for rice is cooked.....
If not cooked sprinkle some water and cook without cover in slow flame.....

Serve hot.

You can accomplish this with mushroom masala or baby corn golden fingers.....both I have published.
