Ingredients:
Potato - 4 no's pealed and half boiled
Chilli powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
Raw rice flour - 1 1/2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 2 cups
Preparation :
Potatoes to be cut in lengthy pieces...like fingers....bit thickness not more than 1/3 inch.....
Boil to pricking constancy...in a large vessel....
Now filter and drain water .....and set aside to cool.
Take a wide open vessel.....chilli powder ,,garam masala , turmeric powder , ginger garlic paste , raw rice flour and salt...mix all to smooth paste.....and now add potatoes and mix well....see to that it gets coated evenly....
Heat oil in pan.....when temperature is fine to fry.....drop up to 10 pieces.....when golden brown......remove off flame ..and serve hot....
Taste yummy potato fingers for south Indian meal.....or pulao....or evening snack.....its up to you.....enjoy dinning...
