Aloo mutter Gobi dry curry





Ingredients :

Potato - 4 medium size 
 (boiled ,pealed ,and cut to 8 pieces)
Green peas - 1 cup ( boiled )
Cauliflower - 1 medium size
( cut to size of potato pieces... Boiled with salt till transparent and water drained and rinsed)
Onion - 1 large ( cut to cubes)
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic - fine chops 1tbsp
Kasuri  methi - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Dhaniya powder - 1  tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp

Preparation:

Now mix all veggies in a large bowl....add salt,chilli powder, dhaniya powder, turmeric powder and mix well and keep aside....

Heat oil in a kadai...add Kasuri methi.,..now add ginger garlic chops toss to cook.....then add onion to get transparent.....then comes veggies...

Keep tossing.....now add salt finally to complete taste..... Check taste......and add jeera powder..... And sprinkle lill water for masala to cook .....cover and keep for 2 min......then open toss again...

Then finally add garam masala.... And mix well... And add coriander.,.... Mix and serve hot....

Goes gud with naan,paratha,any kinda rice,chapathi......
