Chocolate brownie....provided cooker version





Ingredients :

Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
Maida - 1/2 cup
Sugar powder - 1 cup 
Oil - 1/4 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp ( optional)
Salt a pinch

Preparation

Sieve all the dry ingredients except sugar
In a separate bowl put milk , sugar and oil and whisk till sugar is dissolved completely
Add vanilla essence and mix
Now start adding your sieved dry ingredients slowly.... So that there is no lumps.
Your batter is ready
Bake in a preheated oven on180/for 20 min or until toothpick comes out clean  when inserted.

Now what if don't hav a oven.....throw it.....

Take a cooker....make salt bed with.... 2 cups sea salt......place a stand....and now let it in high flame for 10 minutes.... This is preheating..... Now...pat your vessel filled with batter place it on the stand.....and close the cooker.....NOTE..... No gascut..... No vissle...leave in medium flame for 20 - 30 minutes...... If your worried about the cake.....no probs.....open it prick with a tooth pick on next 10 minute you placed in cooker....if its sticky....again close....and leave for 10 minutes..... For sure....itl get over by 20 - 30 minutes....

Serve with vanilla ice cream scoop....
