Chocolate chunk mug cake



INGREDIENTS :

Maida - 3 tbsp
Baking soda - 1 pinch
Baking powder - 1/4 tbsp
Condensed milk - 3 tbsp
Milk - 4 tbsp
White chocolate chunks - a fist full
Melted butter - 2 tbsp

PREPERATION :

To a coffee mug (clean and dry)........ bring in the dry ingredients.



Maida,  Baking powder ,  Baking soda and mix well.

To this add Condensed milk, Milk,  Melted butter and mix well such that there are no lumps..... and you make a smooth batter.



Now add the chocolate chunks. Mix again and just place the coffee mug in the oven and set time for 2 minutes.....


Once times up.... remove from oven and serve hot.

Tastes even more yummy when topped with ice cream.

Note :

Timing could vary from oven to oven.... if not baked... bake for another 30 seconds.... not more than that.

The batter must be only half the mug...... the leftover place will be enough for the cake to raise.

If the batter is more than half a cup.... keep half a mug in it and transfer the rest to another mug.
