Ingredients :
Potato - 4 no's
boiled ,pealed and cut to 8 pieces each
Capsicum - 2 cut to cubes
Onion - 1 cut to cubes
Tomato - 1 cut to cubes
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Dhaniya powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Kasuri methi - 1/4 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp fine chops
Oil - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Preparation :
Marinate potato with chilli powder, dhaniya powder ,turmeric powder ,salt and 1/4 tumbler of water...mix well and keep aside ....
Start the basic work...
Heat oil in a kadai.......add Kasuri methi..... And saute well.....
Add ginger garlic paste.... And saute well
Till the raw smell leaves....
Now add onion... Cook to transparent..... Then...add tomato.... And cook well....while stirring..... Don't break them......
Now add marinated potato and capsicum uncooked.....saute well for them to mix and cook till capsicum is half cooked......
Now add garam masala at the end.....and add coriander leaves.....and serve hot.....
Goes good with south Indian meals,chapathi..... Bread toast.....
