Call this crisp balls or morru morru laddu or pori urundai
Ingredients :
Puffed rice (pori) - 250 gms
Jaggery - 750 gms
Water - 3 1/2 cup
Procedure :
Take a thick bottom vessel.....
Add jaggery and water... Boil to dissolve.... Ones dissolved... Put on high flame.... And keep checking for string consistency...
Once you get 2 string consistency..... Add the puffed rice quiclky in and give a even stir for all to mix well....
When they are about to touch hot....start off to make balls.....wet your hands to avoid them stick to your hand....
Dry and store in clean air dry container....
This is fat free.. .healthy snack for us and kiddos..... They will enjoy this...
