Creamy Brocolli soup



Ingredients :

Brocolli - 1/4 ( make it to small florest)
Pearl onion - 3 no's ( smash unevenly)
Garlic - 3 cloves ( smash unevenly)
Tomato puree - 1 tbsp
Cornflour - 1 tbsp
( dissolve in 2 cup of water)
Milk - 1 cup
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Jeera powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Butter - 1 tsp


Preparation :

Boil water in a vessel add a pinch of salt... Remove from flame...and add brocolli to it....leave it aside for 10-15 minutes.... This is to kill worms in it.....and clean impurities.... Then rinse through plain water and keep aside...

Heat butter in a pan...... Add onion and garlic and saute to smell flavour....add tomato puree....and saute to cook....

Now add clean brocolli and saute to cook....for about 2-3 minutes.... Add salt, pepper powder and jeera powder. ......then remove from flame....

In a wide vessel ......add cornflour dissolved...and add 150 ml of water to it....then let it boil .......wait till it gets thicken....

When thick add the sauted brocolli with the other Ingredients prepared..... And stir well else itl get burnt at the bottom if the vessel....

When its creamy....add milk....and stir...for half a minute... And remove off flame and serve hot.....

Note:
Pepper and salt can be add to taste...
