Ingredients :
Prawns - 200 gms
Onion - 3 no's fine chops
Tomato - 3 no's fine chops
Ginger garlic paste - 3 tbsp
Saunf - 1 tsp ( dap it before you add)
Pepper - 1/2 tbsp
Pearl onion - 10 no's
Chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
Dhaniya powder - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Oil - 5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Preparation :
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadai.... Add pearl onions... And pepper.... Saute well.....then add ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp and saute again......then let it cool down and make smooth of it.....
Now again 3 tbsp of oil ....heat it.....then add saunf......let it splutter... Then add onion.... Cook to transparent...... And add tomato.......saute well......one's they get well mashy add ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp saute again.....then later..#..start off to add chilli powder, dhaniya powder and turmeric powder...... And mix well...let them masala powders cook well.....
When you find the raw smell turning well aromatic.... Then add the smooth paste prepared.... Mix well....
Now add prawns......and cook for jus 7 mins not more....else will get tough to eat......
Remove from flame and add coriander.... Serve hot....
Goes gud with plain white rice.....chapathi.... And to your taste....
