Ingredients :
Tomato - 10 no's ripe and made to puree
Coconut grated - 1 cup make fine paste
Onion - 3 no's made to small cubes
Garlic - 7 cloves pealed & cut to small cubes
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Cinnamon - 1 1/2 inch
Salt to taste
Oil - 3 tbsp
Preparation :
Heat oil in a wide pan........one's well hot....add cinnamon.... And saute....and add onions and garlic....saute till they look transparent.......
Now to tomato puree add coconut paste,red chilli powder, turmeric powder... And salt.....mix well...add 1/2 tumbler of water.....
Now to the sauted onions and all add the tomato puree mix.....and let it boil...,when it starts to boil make the flame medium and leave it to reduce.....when about 1/4 reduces.... Remove off flame and serve .....
Goes good with chapathi .....dosa and idly.... Taste's delicious.....
