Choco dip nutty



Ingredients :

Digestive biscuits (Britannia) - 6 biscuits
Almonds - 10 no's
Cashew - 10 no's
Walnut - 10 no's
Sugar - 5 tbsp
Condensed milk - 8 tbsp
Milk - 1 tbsp
Cocoa powder - 4 tbsp

Preparation :

Make the biscuits and sugar to powder in food processor ....

Take the powder in a large bowl

Now make powder of all nuts..... And add to the biscuit powder...mix well and add condensed milk 4 tbsp..... Now this will be like a dough....not smooth....but you can make balls of it.....

Mix well so that you can make balls.....

You can apply ghee or butter to make your hands non sticky to avoid the dough from sticking to your hands....

In a another bowl mix cocoa powder and condensed milk....and milk( this is to make the consistency good enough to dip the balls)... And the consistency is to be bit thick.....not to flow.....

Now make balls and place in a plate....then drop one at a time and use a fork to dip the balls in the cocoa mix.....and remove from it and place it on a buttered plate...and freeze for 4 hours.....

Njy choco dip nutty ....they are crunchy inside with the ...melting chocolate coat outside.......its simply awesome......do fridge and consume..... Else the choco coat will melt off.....
