Ingredients:

Gramflour - 1 cup
Ghee - 1 cup
Sugar -1 cup
Water - 1/4 cup

Preparation :

Dry roast gram flour still the raw smell goes..... in slow flame....then mix with ghee( melted) to smooth paste.....

Then heat water and add sugar.....for 1 string consistency.....

Mix the gramflour & ghee smooth paste to sugar solution.....

The batter will leave bubbles... And bubbles will get trapped at that stage...stop and remove from flame and set in a greased plate leave it to semi cool..then cut pieces....and remove pieces only after completely cool.
