Sprouts - 1 cup
Onion - 1 no's fine chops
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Lime juice - 4 drops
Salt to taste

I used green gram ....you can use any verity preferred to your interest....
Soak 3 tbsp of grains for 6 hours.....itl enlarge in size probably double the original size.....drain the excess water.....wash and now soak and half squeeze a cloth and cover the soaked grains...and leave for over nyt.....next day morning it will sprout.....
Now add salt,black salt pepper,lemon juice and onions.......mix and serve immediately..... If kept for more than an hour....it'll tend to loss water......because of salt and onions.....
Curd can be added for add-on taste
