Dry fruits kheer


Ingredients :

Badam - 15 no's
Cashew -10 no's
Pistachios - 10 no's
Dates - 4 no's
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - tsp

Preparation :

Heat a pan....dry roast badam,cashew,pistachios......at slow flame ....still you smell the aroma........

Then remove from pan and soak in boiling water......de-seed dates and cut to pieces and soak this along with them.....for about 4 hours

Then drain water and add all to food processor......add in sugar....and 1/4 cup of milk and grind to make paste......then remove from it and add the remaining milk to it...mix well...and serve....

To garnish.....iv topped with grated almonds....

This is to serve 1 person.....you can double the Ingredients for two and so on.....
