Ingredients :
Dry ingredients :
Maida - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Sugar powder - 1 cup
Sieve all to a large bowl.
Wet ingredients :
Jackfruit flesh
( de-seed and make puree ) - 15 to 20
Milk - 50 ml
( add to jackfruit flesh to make puree )
Dark chocolate - 70 gms (6 - 7 cubes )
Milk - 3 tbsp
( mix with dark chocolate)
Butter - 1 tbsp
( add to melted dark chocolate )
Preparation:
To dry ingredients add in first jackfruit flesh puree.
Mix well ...now add dark chocolate melted with milk and butter to it.
Mix well ,if you find the batter thick add 3 - 4 tbsp of milk.
Baking tray to be greased with butter and dusted with maida.
Heat a cooker with 10 - 15 tumblers of water ,put a stand.
Now pour the batter into the prepared tray ,tap and place it in the cooker.
Do not put gascut and whistle.
Cook in medium flame for 40 - 45 minutes
When time up, remove from cooker .
Let it cool down, put a plate on top of the baking tray .Turn upside down and tap for the cake to drop off the tray.
Your jackfruit fruit dark chocolate supermoist STEAMED cake is ready to enjoy .
