Aloo Sabji Masala




Ingredients :

Onions - 4 no's finely chopped 
Tomato - 3 no's finely chopped 
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp 
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp 
Dhaniya Powder - 1 1/2 tbsp 
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp 
Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
Potato - 4 no's large , boiled,pealed and          mashed
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Oil - 4 tbsp 
Salt to taste 




Preparation :

Heat oil in a large pan.

Add cinnamon......and wait to smell the fragrance.

Add onion and saute well to get transparent.

Add tomato and cook well to get a Smashy look .

Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.

Cover and cook for 5 minutes in slow flame.

Now add chilli powder , dhaniya powder , turmeric powder and salt ..mix well .
Add 200 ml of water and cook well still you find the oil surfacing on .

Now add smashed potatoes and again 200 ml of water , mix well cook for another 5 minutes in slow flame .

Now turn off flame and add garam masala and mix well.

Now serve with bread toast , chapatti ,dosa or idly.

Enjoy fooding.
