Moong dal laddoo

Healthy.... tasty..... yummy..... moong dal laddoo...

INGREDIENTS :

Moong dal powder - 200 gms
Sugar powder - 200 gms
Cardamon powder - 1 pinch
Cashew - 10 no's ( broken )
Ghee - 8 to 10 tbsp


PREPARATION :

Moong dal powder preparation -

Heat a pan.

When hot add moong dal and dry roast it to light golden brown colour.

Then transfernsfer to a bowl and set to cool.

Then grind to fine powder in mixer grinder or get it done in flour mill.

Do specify that the moong dal is for laddoo....so that it will be grinded in a rice flour mill.

The moong dal flour need to be sieved.

Now take a large bowl and add moong dal powder, sugar powder,cardamom powder mix well for them to mix evenly.

Now heat a pan and add ghee to it... add cashew to it....when the cashews turn golden brown add this ghee and cashew to the flour mix.

Mix well with a ladle.....ghee can be added little more if the consistency is not up to make laddoo.

Now mix well and make laddoo of the mix.

Yummy tasty healthy laddoo ready to taste.
