Egg Noodles
Make it on a buzy day and njy the perfect flavour.
A must try simple tasty yummy recipe mostly loved by people of all age group especially kids.
For sure its never a no for noodles. I've tried this recipe with atta noodles ( wheat noodles ) something healthy for kids loaded with veggies , egg , dash of spice and ofcourse healthy with mama's love. Serve it hot for breakfast / small volume as snacks / and yes for lunch box to make them feel special. Lets get into the recipe.
Ingredients :
Eggs - 2
Onion - 2
Tomato - 2
Soya sauce - 3 tbsp
Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp
Instant Noddles ( any brand ) - 2
Noddles taste maker - 2
( provided with the pack )
Chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tbsp + 1/4 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp + 5 tbsp

Preparation :
Heat a pan and 2 tbsp oil
Meanwhile mix Pepper powder, jeera Powder and salt evenly.
To this add the eggs.
Now sprinkle evenly mixed Pepper powder , jeera Powder and salt.
Now crumble the egg and let it cook.
Once cooked transfer to a bowl and keep it aside.

Now boil water and add instant Noddles with taste maker.
Once the noodles is done remove excess water and keep the cooked noodles side.

In another pan add oil 4 tbsp .
Heat up and add onion saute for 2 mins .
Then add tomato and cook them
Now add chili powder , turmeric powder , garam masala , chaat masala and a pinch of salt .

Now do keep this in mind that noodles do have salt so the salt we add is only for the masala we prepare.
Mix it well .
Once cooked add the cooked Noddles and crumbled egg.
