Ingredients :
Gram flour - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Roasted Gram flour - 1 1/2 tbsp
Maida - 1 tbsp
Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Garam masala ( optional ) - 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Salt required
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Roasted Gram flour - 1 1/2 tbsp
Maida - 1 tbsp
Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Garam masala ( optional ) - 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Salt required
Preparation :
Heat up oil in a pan ( as required to fry ).
Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and mix with water to thick batter consistency.
Mix only just before you dip and fry them.
Dip the vegetables ( onion rings / bread triangle's / bringal circles / Raw banana strips / Sliced eggs )
Fry them to Golden brown and njy it coconut chutney or tomato sauce.
