Chana masala
Ingredients :
Onion - 2 finely chopped
Tomato - 2 finely chopped
Green chilli - 2 slit them
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Potato - 4 boiled and pealed
Chana - 1 cup
(soaked over night and cooked)
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Dhaniya powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp
Kasuri methi - 1 tsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
Coriander - 1/2 cup finely chopped
Tomato - 2 finely chopped
Green chilli - 2 slit them
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tbsp

Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp
Kasuri methi - 1 tsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
Coriander - 1/2 cup finely chopped
Salt - to taste
Preparation :
Heat up a pan .
Add oil and once hot add onion saute to transparent .
Now add tomato and ginger Garlic paste.
Saute to mash up well.
Now to this bring in the boiled chana and mashed potatoes.
Add Chill powder , dhaniya powder , turmeric powder , garam masala ,amchur powder and salt.
Mix well and let them boil .
Cover and cook in slow flame for 10 minutes.
Now add crushed kasuri methi and chopped coriander .
Mix well and serve with chapatti
