Masala Noodles Chapthi




A perfect leftover receipe .
Kids will luv this for sure.
Healthy with veggies and can be given in tiffin box.
This has Minor preparation and is absolutely yummy in taste.



Ingredients :

Chapthi - 5 ( cut to thin strips )
Onion - 2 ( sliced )
Tomato - 1 ( sliced )
Capsicum - 1 cup ( Sliced )
Carrot - 1cup ( thin sticks )
Cabbage ( optional ) - 1 cup ( thin strips )
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce - 3 tbsp
Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste ( refer note )

Preparation :

Heat up oil in a pan.
Add onions and tomatoes.
Saute to mashup, add a pinch of salt.
Now add ginger garlic paste, saute to cook.
Add the veggies, saute for a minute .
At this stage bring in garam masala , pepper powder , soya sauce and tomato sauce.
Add required salt.
Mix well .
Now bring in the chapati strips.
Mix them such that you don't break the strips.
Keep mixing for a minute and leave it in slow flame for a minute.
This is to make chapthi strips get soaked in the added flavours.
Serve hot .
Can also be served with ritha or plain curd .


Note : 

The recipe won't require more salt .
Add only 2-3 pinch.
This is because chapthi has salt in it.
The salt we add is only for the masal we prepare.
So add salt according to the masala .
