The Prasad for LORD Muruga ( karthikeya )
On his auspicious day .
This can be made for shashti , Thai poosam.
Ingredients :
Raw rice - 1 cup
Pasi paruppu - 1 tbsp
Fenugreek - 1/4 tsp
Coconut grated - 2 tbsp
Jaggery - 3/4 cup
Cardamom - 1pinch
Pasi paruppu - 1 tbsp
Fenugreek - 1/4 tsp
Coconut grated - 2 tbsp
Jaggery - 3/4 cup
Cardamom - 1pinch
Preparation :
Soak raw rice , pasi parupu and fenugreek for 1 1/2 hour .
Then grind and it and let it ferment for 1 hour.
Mic coconut grated and jaggery while grinding.
( Jaggery at the end if if grinding )

Heat up a pan with oil.
Now pour the batter with a ladle, the ladle must measure 3 tbsp.
Jus pour and leave the flame in medium.
Flip it , once it's golden brown remove from oil.
Finish the entire batter like this.
