Simple Mutton Thokku / Gravy
Ingredients :
Mutton - 1 kg
Shallots - 10 no's + 10 no's sliced
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Tomato - 1/2 Sliced
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Dhaniya Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp + 1 pinch
Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp
Coriander - 1/2 cup
Curry leaves - 1/4 cup
Saunf - 1/2 tbsp
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
Black stone flower - 1/4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 6 tbsp

Oil - 6 tbsp
Preparation :
Wash Mutton and with immersable amount of water in a cooker .
Add turmeric powder a pinch , salt and ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp to this.
Now close and cook for 7 whistle.

Meanwhile heat a pan and add 2 tbsp of oil .
To this add shallots 10 and pepper.
Saute to cook soft and let it cool down.
Make smooth paste of it.

Heat a pan with 4 tbsp of oil .
To this add Shallots and tomatoes ( sliced ).
Saute for a minute and add ginger garlic paste and saute till the oil separates.
To this add the shallot pepper paste.
Mix and now add cooked Mutton with the Mutton cooked water.
Then add chilli powder , dhaniya Powder , turmeric powder , garam masala and salt.
Mix well and leave in medium flame till the oil separates.
Once oil separates add coriander and curry leaves.
To this add Shallots and tomatoes ( sliced ).
Saute for a minute and add ginger garlic paste and saute till the oil separates.
To this add the shallot pepper paste.
Mix and now add cooked Mutton with the Mutton cooked water.
Then add chilli powder , dhaniya Powder , turmeric powder , garam masala and salt.
Mix well and leave in medium flame till the oil separates.
Once oil separates add coriander and curry leaves.
Serve hot with white rice or Chapathi or any Indian Bread.
