Ingredients :

Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp

Salt - 1/2 tbsp + as required

Preparation :
Grind the ingredients for marination to smooth paste.
Transfer to a large bowl and set aside.
Cut the Panner to 1 inch cubes .
The capsicum and onions to 1 inch cubes.

Now dip the Panner in the marination and leave it in another bowl .

Preheat oven at 200 ° c for 10 minutes.
