Ingredients :
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Dhaniya powder - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Garam masala - 3/4 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - 3/4 tbsp + required
Mutton Liver - 250 gms
Oil - 5 tbsp
Shallots - 6 no's
Tomato - 1/2
Curry leaves - 15 no's
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
Dhaniya powder - 1/2 tbsp

Mutton Liver - 250 gms

Curry leaves - 15 no's
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
Spices :
Black stone flower - 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
Cloves - 2
Preparation :
Wash and clean liver.
Marinate liver with chilli powder, dhaniya Powder , turmeric powder , pepper powder and salt.
To a pan add oil , let it heat up.
To this add the spices , saute .
Once you smell the aroma , add the shallots and tomatoes ( both sliced finely ), Saute for to get soft then add ginger garlic paste , Curry leaves and 1 tbsp of coriander leave ( reserve the rest to add at the end of the recipe ).
Once they all mix well add the marinated Mutton Liver.
Leave it in slow flame to cook add 1/4 cup of water.
Keep stirring now and then.
Once the oil gets separated add the left over Coriander leaves and serve hot .
Goes good with any rice or Chapathi as a dry gravy.
