Paruppu keerai masial





Ingredients :

Thur dal - 1 cup ( soaked and cooked )
Greens - 2 fist
Shallots - 5 ( sliced )
Tomato - 1/2  ( sliced )
Garlic cloves - 5 ( minced )
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Green chilli - 2 ( slit )
Oil - 3 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp

Preparation :

Heat oil in a pan.
To the oil add mustard , jeera.
Once they both splutter add shallots , tomato , green chilli  and saute to cook well.
When they all look well cooked add the cleaned , washed and chopped greens
Saute them and to this add Cooked Thur dal.
Cook for the leaves to blend well with dal.
Lastly heat oil and add minced garlic cloves and saute to smell the flavour.
Then add to the cooked green and let it boil.
Now remove off flame serve hot with plain white rice or chapathi .
