Ingredients :
Onions - 2 ( finely chopped )
Potato - 3
( boiled pealed and cut to cubes)
Chilli powder - 3/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 1/4 cup
Salt - to taste

Preparation :
Marinate the potatoes with chilli powder , turmeric powder , garam masala and salt.
Set it aside for half an hour.
Heat oil in a pan and add onions to it.
Saute it to crunch not soft.
Now add curry leaves and add marinated potatoes to this.
Mix well and stir , leave it for 10 minutes in slow flame.
Once oil separates , remove off flame and serve hot with any rice variety.
