Potato green peas sandwich........................easy and nutritious

 






 

 

Ingredients :

Potato - 2 nos boiled and cut 

Green peas - 1 cup (cooked)

Onion fine chops - 1 nos 

Tomato fine chops - 1 nos

Ginger garlic chops - 2 tsp

Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

Chilli powder - 1 tsp

Dhaniya powder - 1 1/2  tsp

Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp 

Garam masala - 1tsp   

Coriander - few leaves chopped 

Oil - 3 tsp

Salt - required 

 

Preparation  for stuffing :


Now take a large bowl and add potato  (cut into 4 or 8 pieces) and green peas add turmeric powder , chilli powder , dhaniya powder , jeera powder , salt and mix well so that the potatos and green peas get coated with the masala evenly.

 

Heat a pan and add oil.

 

Now add onions , tomato , ginger garlic and saute to cook.

 

Now add the masala coated potato and green peas to the pan and mix well .

 

Let it cook well,leave it in low flame for about 1/2 hour and keep stiring . Dont cook in high flame , itl taste good only if u give enough time to cook .

 

After its cooked let it cool down and now smash the stuffing and keep aside 

 

Toast a bread and place the stuffing in it and cover with another bread toast . Now press it on the thawa for 1/2 a minute .

 

Now transfer to a serving plate and cut iot diagonaly and serve with tomato sauce . It makes a complete breakfast .
