Baby corn golden fingers....... crunchy evening snack.....or a yummy side for your pulao

Ingredients

Baby corn - 8 no's
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Maids - 2 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
Bread crumbs - 2 cups
Salt to taste
Oil -1 cup

Preparation

Take baby corn....cut vertically into two piece...then cut each in the middle.... The thickness of the corn must be the same of your lill finger.....that's why because ....for the corn to taste crunchy after it gets cooked....so if your corn is bit thick cut into 4 vertical pieces and then cut in the middle.

Now boil water in a vessel ...wide open vessel .....so that when you drop the corn in the boiling water... it must not get crowded......should hav space.....cook in boiling  for just 2min.....we are going to remove it half cooked.

Let's drain excess water and let it cool down.

Prepare batter .....take corn flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt in a basin....or a wide open vessel.....add little bit of water to make dosa batter consistency .

Drop the corn in the batter and remove when coated evenly all side..... instantly roll on bread crumbs..... And keep aside in a plate..... So the same for all the other corn's.
( you can do this way and refrigerate and cook in oil jus before you serve)

Don't worry about excess batter through away...don't refrigerate for later use.

Heat oil in a pan....when its well hot....drop the corn one by one. ...just drop in 3 to 4 at a time......don't crowd the oil.

I am saying so because the temperature of the oil may drop down.....if it happens so....the corn's won't cook instead the coating will split from corn spoiling your recipe.

Keep stiring the corn....make sure all the sides of the corn are golden brown....than remove from oil and set aside in tissue paper for excess oil to drain.

Now your baby corn golden fingers are ready .

Note:

If you don't have crumbs or not able to find in any shop near buy.....what to do.....?
Just buy rusk and grind in mixer grinder.

Again is no rusk you can grind fresh bread and coat and deep fry.

There will be a difference.... When you coat with rust it will get a dark golden brown colour....
But when you coat in fresh bread crumb it will be the exact golden brown colour.....
