Kasuri methi - 1/2 tsp
Water - 200 ml ( veggie cooked water )
Butter  - 4 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp

Preparation

Heat a pan with butter and fry the pannen cubes to shallow golden brown color and remove them and set them on a tissue paper. This is to be added once the gravy is prepared.

Heat a pan.Add oil and fry in the bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves and cashew soon after they are cooked add in onion...let the onion become glassy now add a pinch of salt this will make it get well. Now add tomato....keep sauting until tomato gets smashed now add ginger garlic paste...and saute till the oil comes out.

Now keep the above mix of onion ,tomato ,ginger garlic and spice aside to cool. ...we have to make paste of it....which is the royal gravy for our dish.

Now heat a fresh pan.Add butter ......ones the butter melts add kasuri methi just saute. Now add the royal gravy.Add some water.

While adding water have an eye on the gravy so that it doesn't becomes too watery.Add the exact amount of water mentioned.

Now time for chilli powder, dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, salt and coriander.

Stir well...for 2- 3 mins....in slow flame.Put off the flame and add garam masala.

Now time to bring in the fried panner and do not boil the gravy . Give a gentle mix do not break the panner cubes.

Transfer to a serving bowl and serve hot.

Now ready to serve. Shift it to a serving bowl...Jus drop on a small piece of butter in the middle jus before your people come to dine....and few chopped coriander..... This will add flavor to their eye's.

Finally this goes well with any kind of Indian bread, chapatti and parathas even stuffed naan and parathas will be awesome to taste.

For naan you can check this very same blog on Indian bread labels.
