Note :

1. Rice to be washed and soaked in recommended amount of water for about one hour before you add to the cooker

2. Chicken not to be cleaned too much..... Jus give one wash thoroughly......this will give a exact non- veg flavour.

3. I used small onion's 15 no's ..... Any onion is prefers.....but small onion give amazing taste......when compared to the ordinary large onions..... And of course gud for health.

Preparation :

Heat a cooker bottom pan and add oil in it.....add in the spices ....bay leaf, cinnamon, and cardamom...... Saute for fragrance.....

Now add onion and saute to golden brown ( for mutton briyani add mutton with onion)... Then tomato slices....saute to mix well...

Then add green chilli, coriander, pudhina and let them cook.....add raw chicken.......and ginger garlic paste.....add curd ,lemon, chilli powder, turmeric powder ....saute well.....

Now jus cover the cooker for one vissle...this will get your chicken half cooked.....then let the pressure come down.....

Now open pour in water recommended amount... Then rice...and salt....mix well......

Now close the cooker.....then....wait for about the vissle to come......when its about to relise a vissle......remove off flame....and wait for the cooker to cool down.....wait till it's completely cool...then open....your briyani it's ultimate to taste....
